In my hat

wearing vintage shirt, self designed and made skirt, nostalgic old boots from an unknown brand, leather hat from Australia.

Funny how old feelings come up in us sometimes. This weekend it hit me in form of these boots and this hat, when I went back to visit the house I grew up in, searching through old things. The hat is from the 90'es, when I went with my family to visit the family in Australia. The smell of gum-trees and the sweet taste of malt-milkshakes were suddenly within reach when searching through my memories. The boots I think I got around age 12. I loved them, but I'm pretty sure they weren't in at that time, but then again, nothing I wore was and that was how I liked it. Fashion has always been an interest but it just didn't add up with everyone else's view on how you had to be if you're stylish. Oh well, enough of history class today :) Took these photos in the garden today - I got a lot of sp's as well, but I'll bore you with that some other day ;)

I hope you're all enjoying yourselves!!

Lots of love,

Mikaela
