I have had the most wonderful weekend. My boyfriend can't be with me on my birthday this year because he is going to India, so he decided we'd celebrate it this weekend. It begun with sushi friday and a movie. Saturday I was pretty much left alone as he had some secret errands to do. I was heading of to dance (we're training for the world championships in Riesa) so that was perfectly fine by me. He picked me up and we went back to his place where the biggest surprise hit me - a surprise party!! He had gathered all of my friends and he and some of my friends had made the loveliest dinner and cake for later. It was just perfect. Also since I've never had/participated in a surprise party; only seen 'em on TV.

It was great!

Hello greaties!

I wanted to load some more press day photos here, but having been out all day, I've been way too exhausted to proceed with editing the images. Soon to come! :-) Here's a photo I never got to show you during late summer. It's been taken in the area where I lived shortly during summer - it was such a beautiful place, though a bit too far away from life and friends. There were outfit shots of this, but they didn't come out good, even though the lighting and the location was incredible.

Press Day

Hi lovies!

In the middle of the week my friend Klara and I went to the press day for selected femme/homme, object, vero mode and vila. On our path in clothes heaven we discovered some beautiful pieces which are shown above. Our personal favorites was the maxi dress by selected femme above and the luxe by vila dress in pink. These are from the coming S/S collection and we can't wait till they hit the stores!

Today's been a really nice day. I've picked up some of my analogue photos, been out driving and met up with my amazing friend, Stine Mo. It was such a relief (funny word used in this sentence, but I couldn't find another more describing) seeing her again, discussing our lives and the universe.

These words are probably the most used words by my English teacher back in high school, whenever he would hand us back the essays we would have made in deep concentration, and just a few displacement actions now and then. Sometimes the details you care for the most, are not the best for the whole picture. For this reason I didn't post these  photos in my last post, but as time would have it, I couldn't help myself.

How is everyone doing this fine Thursday?

Much of my work-time is spent in my favourite spot in London: my home! There's nothing like spending your coffee-break with your trusty favourite brew of choice, although I must admit it sometimes takes a bit overhand when I'm running to the kitchen and back every hour. I convince myself I become faster at typing though - it's an investment for sure!

A few of my new and old favourites. I've had a lot of requests, especially on my instagram, regarding which lipstick I'm using - it's the MAC Kinda Sexy, and honestly, it's such an amazing everyday colour. Although research is saying, that we girls tend to wear more makeup than actually suits us, I'm afraid this one stays on my lips for now.

Hi again all lovelies!

I was going to wait a day or two with this post, but I simply couldn't wait. The reason to this is that I'm so in love with my sweater and my new earrings (they came in a couple of days ago), and I thought the blog would benefit with an outfit post that wasn't taken when the sun had gone down. Natural lighting is truly a blogger's best friend! The earrings are so much fun, and this outfit would be more boring than fashionable without them - therefore a rather good buy I'd say. They're not heavy at all and have that hint of a reference to Marni's AW 11 collection (yes, please). :-) I'm on my way to eat dinner with a friend. Hope you're enjoying the W-end!

Monki has just launched a new store in Copenhagen, and as a part of press week they held a launch party. Lots of fun with lovely people and the store looks really great! I'm completely wrecked from walking around Cph these past couple of days but boy has it been great! :) More photos to come + an outfit post from last night!

A free Sunday now and then is all you need to get back on top again. I have not been doing anything but the absolute necessary and enjoying myself doing absolutely nothing for the rest. I'm getting my driver's license at the moment, keeping me quite busy when I'm off work. My birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks, and if you know me, you'll know, that I absolutely love my birthday! November might be long, but I wouldn't mind a bit if the 12th was just a little bit longer. Unfortunately this year, I'll be working from 9am till the evening whereafter I have a driving class. Home at 10pm again. I'm sure I'll find alternative ways to celebrate though! :)
