Tropical Escape

Okay, so tropical might be a little too much to say, but the weather has sure been nice earlier this month! As if the lovely weather wasn't enough, Stine and I enjoyed a fresh coconut in the H.C. Ørsteds park in Copenhagen. More days like this one, where we can dress up in summery clothes with hawaii print, yes please!!

COLUMBIA ROAD FLOWER MARKET

A little market post! My roommate gave me a tip to go to Columbia Rd. flower market on Sundays. It's such a lovely place to go if you have time to spare on a sunday, and it even smells nice too.

Come around 2pm as it's otherwise quite crowded!

Beautiful flowers in all sorts of colours and sizes.

You'll hear the sellers shout: "Tulips, three for a fiver!". First time I ever heard the term 5'er and 10'er!

I saw a lot of men come here and walk away carrying gorgeous bouquet... Lucky girls!

DAYS PASSING BY

It completely stuns me, when I manage to stay away from the blog for more than two days, but once in a while I have to keep on top of the rest of my life - ugh.. Somehow this past week just ate me up and spat me out on the floor with the world's longest to-do list. I literally just fell in the door coming home just now, and as we speak I am falling a sleep over the keyboard with a pack of chocolate solidly glued to my hand (the chocolate wasn't on the list, but a bit of charity towards oneself can go a long way).

Exhaustion out of the equation, I'm here! Exactly where I want to be, and with a bit of help from my lovely fellow Scandi Londoner, Isabella, I will have a new outfit post up tomorrow!

Lickable

Finally my head shrunk back to normal size! Just recently got this new lipstick from MAC - the colour is called lickable - and I love it! Hope you're enjoying life!

Simply in love with these dresses from the Met Ball. Buried beneath all of my homework at the moment, so posting has been a little slow. Tried to take good photos for the blog, but I look way to tired and stressed so no photos here. They will come soon again - promise :)

So, I didn't want to make a big deal out of this,

I GOT MY BRACES OFF!!!

The Tropical North

This Thursday, Stine and I chose to enjoy the day outside with a fresh coconut, almond milk ice coffee and raw raspberry cake. Truly delicious, and the weather was just fantastic!

We'll get working on that vlog next week.

What a couple of days! It's been so lovely weather which makes Copenhagen even lovelier. Quite a while since I've worn baggy pants as a purpose of the outfit. They just seem to come on on the weekend as a comfortable go-to when I'm bummed out. But hey! Look what I found at Vero Moda - these Only pants (for a bargain, I tell you!), that seem to look somewhat presentable in other spaces than my own!

For the Collector

I just received the finest gift today with the new Jean Paul Gaultier x Coca Cola Light bottles and a Jean Paul Gaultier "Classique" perfume. I must say, that I'm more in to the real deal when it comes to Coca Cola, but I can't keep my fingers away when they release a collaboration bottle - they're just too pretty for me to resist! My favorite bottle is the one with the classic sailor stripes, oh so characteristic for Mr. Gaultier. :)

Good stuff. Just saying.

Here are some photos from last week after I went to the Wellcome Collection to see the exhibition Souzou, Outsider Art from Japan. It's a free exhibition and it was utterly amazing, so no complaining from my part! For the same reasons I'm sure to be going again next week, when I get back to London.

I'm so happy for my new 'school-bag' from ZARA. It has 4 closed pockets, 3 of those which all can contain A4 making it perfect for me to transport my laptop and sketches around. The only downside to it, is the fact that it's polyurethane and not leather, as I would have loved it to be.
