I met up with my childhood friend Trine the other day - it was really great to see her again! She was in Copenhagen for the Bon Iver concert (oh so jealous) so we grabbed some coffee (a couple of times) and went to the best places for shopping in Copenhagen. :-) Later I went to celebrate Katarina's blog's 1 year birthday - see the photos here.

I'm so psyched about this photo I took of Stine - I snapped it just in the second where her flash came off (not intendedly) and this was the result.

Went out to have dinner at a Serbian restaurant called Dubrovnik with these lovely girls to celebrate Wannabeontop's (Katarina's blog) 1 year birthday the other day. She's had so much success in just one year! It's always the greatest pleasure to hang out with these girls - they're so much fun!

As you may have read, my hands have been quite full lately, working and doing lots of interesting projects. Last mentioned included photographing beautiful Cathrine Nørgaard from Scoop for jewelry designer Cathrine Saks. I'll soon post more of the photos I shot, but for now here's a little preview. Confession time. I am such a no bra girl. 
There's something about that whole tied in feeling that just doesn't work for me. Wires and too much padding often just makes me give them up completely, but I know many who have a bit more to show off than me in that behalf, and this seems to be a niggle they have to put up with. With my love for bras that make me feel natural, I was so excited when I heard about the new Triumph Magic Wire bras and their alternative to wires by replacing that bit with a silicone band instead, making them much more comfortable. Me being the ultimate comfy cat, let me just make a quick hooray for Triumph making creating the #nigglefix campaign!

So despite my reluctancy to else wise wearing bras due to all these everyday niggles I prefer to avoid, it's nice to be able to get out of the 70's once in a while (once in a while...) and wear a proper bra. I wasn't Shopping for a Doll

A quick post before heading to town for Katarina's blog's birthday-party. We're going out to get dinner - photos will come! Tomorrow morning I'll be heading down to Germany for my grandmother's 80th birthday. We're both happy scorpios ;-)

Lige et hurtigt indlæg inden jeg smutter afsted til byen for at fejre Katarinas blogs fødselsdag. Vi er nogle blogger-piger, der skal ind og ha' lidt at spise - billeder vil komme! :-) I morgen tidlig (kl. 06.30 for at være præcis) tager jeg turen til Tyskland for at fejre min mormors 80 års fødselsdag. Vi er begge lykkelige skorpioner ;-)

Went to visit gorgeous Janne in the South for a Sunday trip with flaky blue camou nails and my new Kaibosh Chips&Salsa sunnies, which finally arrived after the mail had delivered it to the other end of London. Thank goodness they ended up with me at last, as I'm now depending on these to keep me accompanied in these beautiful November days.

Speaking of November, it's my birthday in a week!!!!!

Normally, as the insane birthday enthusiast I am (we're talking months of looking forward to and planning the day), I haven't given it much thought this time, due to the intense agenda of my course. However, a week is more than enough for me to plan the (loong) list of cakes I want to guiltlessly consume.

HAIR TUTORIAL / Back Slicked Bun

One of you lovely readers requested I do a tutorial on the slick bun I wore here. I rarely ever wear my hair up, so I was really pleased, that you liked it! This is a frizz free hair-do, so I use loads of styling-gel mixed with some serum. You shouldn't splurge on the styling-gel, 'cause you'll use lots of it - better smell a little like a man than robbing yourself. If you have any questions, you can always ask! :)

En af jer skønne læsere, anmodede om en guide til, hvordan jeg fik frisuren, jeg havde her. Mit hår er næsten aldrig oppe, så jeg er rigtig glad for, at I kunne lide det! Opskriften er såmænd blot et ton styling-gel og nogle dråber serum. Mere eller mindre. Lad være med at bruge en masse penge på styling-gel'en - hvilken som helst udfører arbejdet. Har I nogle spørgsmål, er I som altid velkomne til at spørge! :)

The last models of Laugenes annual event show was showing of Guys & Dolls and Young Intercoiffure haircuts. What was just as breathtaking as the hair were the amazing gowns provided by the Royal Theater (in Denmark) the models wore.

Hi lovies,

Yesterday I went to Laugenes annual event at Moltkes palace in Copenhagen. The show lasted for an hour and was an amazing experience - royally beautiful gowns went down the catwalk along with exclusive jewelry design.
