Bought this Gina Tricot dress online before I went of to Greece and got it when I got back. I'm not sure how much I actually like it (it's this particular shade of pink that makes me doubt), but it passed the date where I was aloud to return it, and I don't like wasting my money so - it's going to be used! Actually a really low budget outfit - the leather jacket is from H&M and the clogs are from Zara. Met up with lovely Freia today. She attended a make-up event for me when I was gone - I'll be sure to post about it shortly.

Købte denne Gina Tricot kjole på nettet inden jeg tog på ferie, og blev helt i tvivl da jeg så fik den hjem. Det er den lyserøde farve, der får mig til at tvivle. Nu er det for sent at sende den tilbage, så jeg kan lige så godt få det bedste ud af det, for hvis der er noget, der kommer til at give mig panderynker, så er det at spilde penge. Og det er IKKE sket (jeg nægter at indrømme det)! Den kom med en tur i byen, da jeg skulle møde skønne Freia. Hun tog til et make-up event for mig imens jeg var væk - så glæd jer til at høre lidt om det ;)

Forgotten

Flicked through my photos today, and stumbled upon this old self portrait, that I never got to show you. The second layer of the photo is an image of the ice, that I took during winter. I'm off to meet a great friend of mine, Freia, later :)

Har kigget en masse af mine gamle billeder igennem, og pludselig faldt jeg lige over dette gamle selvportræt. Billedet, der er lagt ovenpå, er et billede jeg tog til vinter af isen. Skal på café lidt senere med min skønne veninde Freia. :)

There we go! An outfit post - live from Denmark. Selecting clothes for 6 weeks away from home, was a minor challenge and of course I've forgotten something... The law of the Universe!

However, the jellies managed to safely go on the arc along with vintage favourites, that will hopefully be accompanied by new (cheap) friends on my way home by the end of august.

The Dress

I took the bottom photo before I went to Greece, but I didn't think it quite showed how the dress really looked, so yesterday I took some better shots (the ones above). Completely in love with it - the colour is really neutral and classic but yet the design is so intriguing! I'd love to hear what you think :). In the last post Julie asked to some of my beauty habits - I'll make sure to make a post about that within long.

Det nederste billede er taget, inden jeg tog afsted til Santorini. Det blev ugens outfit inde på Stylegallery (juhu!), men synes dog at bloggen fortjente lidt bedre billeder af kjolen, så I vidste, hvilken kjole jeg i disse dage jubler højt over. Farven er utrolig klassisk men designet er på den anden hånd virkelig interessant. Så gjorde det jo heller ikke noget, at den ingen penge kostede ;) Julie spurgte i det sidste blogindlæg til nogle af mine skønheds-vaner. Jeg skal nok lave et indlæg om det snarligst!

PSYCHEDELIC CUBES

I have absolutely no idea what to say about this. It was requested that I do more self-portraits, and here's a bit of an alternative one. It sort of just happened after having eaten way too much (only good things can come from nachos and desserts). For those of you following my TUMBLR, you might have noticed that I'm really into patterns, from both created by nature and man, so I tried to incorporate this in a self portrait and here's how it turned out.

It's just... London's been SO hot! So I thought I'd go to Denmark yesterday, and guess what? Denmark's hot too!

However, I've packed loads of good stuff in my back pack, so within moments the blog will be firing up like a barbecue so do stick around.

Oh my loves. How wonderful is the weather at the moment? I'm enjoying it to the full extent, and for some reason, off the shoulder tops are particularly getting my love at the moment. No shoulder-strap tan-lines, thank you! Rain came less than half an hour within these photos being taken, but a little rain every day for me is always seen as a good thing - no need to water the roof-top terrace greens. Just the other day I plucked my first batch of London blackcurrants! There were only about 15, but the will is there and perhaps next year I'll have 20!? I should really get a raspberry bush..

I'll admit it. There wasn't a lot of effort put in to this outfit. A simple t-shirt with some bold cigarette pants accessorized with my favorite bag and some simple jewelry, was exactly what I could handle the other day. The weather was super lovely meaning that I could finally put my autumn coat away (it's back again today though).


Ooh, and also! The blog reached 1100 readers through google friend connect!!! I'm as always super excited and grateful to have you all follow! You are the best!

Yesterday was sort of intergalactic

Here's yesterday. Without the hat. And with a lot of stars all of a sudden. I'm working on a big application today - I'll tell you all about it, if it turns out good. This means that I've been working on my sketches all day long. Let's hope it's good enough.

Lige et par billeder af hvad jeg havde på i går. Uden hatten. Med stjerner (jeg stener måske en anelse). Arbejder på en vigtig ansøgning, hvilket betyder at jeg har sketchet hele dagen. Nu må vi se ;) Til Lise fra Fashion Fun skal jeg lige sige, at min neglelak var en der kom med i et Marie Claire blad. Den hedder Ciaté Paint Pots i farven Mistress 039. :)

Yesterday I had a lovely day with my friends Stine and Oliver. We had great fun around Copenhagen and started the sunny afternoon at the favorite café, Paludan's Bookcafé. Afterwards we headed to Amaliehaven, Amalienborg and further out to Kastellet.

The Hat

Okay, so I noticed that a lot of you were wondering where my hat is from (thank you for all the lovely comments!!). So here it is (drumroll please) Monki! I checked their website for you, to see if they still had it for sale, and it turns out that they do! It's called Robyn and costs 18 euro. I also found the style in nude and dark blue - make sure to take a look at them, if you (as I) like the style :)

Tak for alle de dejlige kommentarer fra det sidste indlæg. Kunne fornemme, at I gerne ville vide, hvor min hat var fra - så her er det (hvis ikke I allerede har læst det) Monki! Hatten (som hedder Robyn) findes stadig på hjemmesiden og koster 180 kr. Der findes også en i blå og en nudefarvet. Håber det kan bruges!

So, who's watching the World Cup tonight? There's only seven minutes to start from me writing this, and although I'm not really in to football, it's still some quite exciting matches going on, and it's amazing how everyone is coming together around it!

I still haven't decided whether I'll be watching it or not. For one, I don't own a TV. Secondly, my wi-fi is a moody one. Often, I'll be making a cup of tea while I'm waiting for the "preview post"-page to load. It's all good, and I sure drink a lot of tea because of it.

Hi lovies! I'm back from a lovely holiday at Santorini. I stayed in Kamari, but visited many parts of the island such as Fira (Thiera) and Oia. It was such a lovely trip! However, there is no place like home (referring to my own bed, which I couldn't get away from this morning - I was up at quarter past 1 (pm)). I hope you'll like the photos! Glad to be back on the blog again :)

Kære dejlige, skønne og fantastiske læsere! Så er jeg igen hjemme fra en skøn ferie på øen Santorini i Grækenland. Vi fik set mange afkroge af øen (det tager kun 1,5 time at køre hele øen rundt) men jeg nød nu mest bare at slappe af i byen, hvor vi boede, nemlig Kamari. Jeg er dog kommet hjem til en helt anden dur, end den jeg tog afsted med, hvilket skyldes, at jeg for kort tid siden er gået fra at være studerende til nu at være arbejdsløs. Mit dagsskema fra nu af lyder på: ansøgninger, ansøgninger og ja, atter ansøgninger! Men i dag - ingenting! Jeg var hjemme ved 4-tiden i morges og fik sovet godt ud til kvart over et. Jeg skulle oprindeligt tage et visit forbi banken i dag, men det er blevet udskiftet med nattøj, the og hyggesokker. Så - i morgen skal jeg nok gå den rigtige verden i møde! I morgen :)
