And another outfit post. I feel like that's all I do on the blog at the moment. But I just couldn't keep these funny fish from the blog. I found them at a fleamarket a while back, and this was the first time I got to wear it. I like it so much. A pity the weather isn't suitable for swimming.

I must admit, that I've gone a bit mad for Brighton. With its charming beach, entertaining pier, beautiful park spaces and hip cafés and vintage shops, I have no difficulty in seeing, why people settle down in this wonderful town (my photo diary from the day here). I'm definitely going back again this summer, and I'm very excited to be featuring more English cities on the blog (don't worry London, I still love you).

But, I'm just leading the conversation away from the fact, that I'm wearing Birkenstocks. BIRKENSTOCKS. Yup, I'm a full-on believer now, and boy does it feel sweeeet! I remember when my then flat-mate Line over a year ago was in the kitchen, opening her package from Asos with a pair of Birkenstocks - let's just say, I wasn't convinced that these guys were capable of ruling an outfit outside of the home space, but I've sure been proven wrong! I'm never taking them off! Not for a party, not for a shower, not in bed, never!!!

Okay, feeling myself getting carried away here, but point is: they're good.

Off to Roskilde Festival

I've finally graduated and this is celebrated with my friends by going to Roskilde Festival. The fashionable side of the festival won't however be forgotten as I'm covering the festival for Modebevægelsen.dk ! So be sure to stay in tune to see the best outfits and hopefully some interviews. I'll try to blog here as well, but if I don't succeed I'll be back in a week!

Så er vognturen og dimmissionen overstået, men festen skal da ikke stoppe der! Om ikke så forfærdelig lang tid drager jeg afsted til Roskilde festivallen, som jeg skal dække for Modebevægelsen.dk ! Tag et kig på siden - jeg går snart i gang med at lægge nogle gode sager op der! Jeg vil forsøge også at skrive lidt her, men såfremt det ikke er muligt er jeg tilbage om en uge!

BRIGHTON AROUND

My photo diary from my amazing first trip to Brighton last week, where the lovely team of Propellernet sent me to partake in a roundtable talk about the future of blogging. All so very exciting, and they even sent us around Brighton for a little treasure hunt, where Beyond Retro, The Treatment Rooms and Dirty Blonde were a part of the fun. Thanks to the team for such a lovely time! 

I was so happy to see my friend Toni at the event. We stayed the whole day in Brighton and jumped around as happy kids, did a heap of tourist photos and ate fish & chips on the Brighton Pier and watched the sun go down.

I'm sure you have no trouble in imagining my outfit, but I do have a proper outfit post coming up! I just love, how I put on a red blazer, and all of a sudden, all I see in the photos I brought with me back home was red. Bless those funny coincidences that put a smile on your face!

A quick sneak-peak from my lovely trip to Brighton last weekend, where I went for a roundtable talk with some interesting bloggers coordinated by the Propellernet team. wearing SNOB de Noblesse shirtdress

Things possibly might not be as bad as I make them out to be sometimes. Since I graduated this Monday thoughts about what lies ahead of me has both made me laugh and cry (literally). I know what I want to do with my life (career wise) but I've come to realize, that it's not possible within the time I want to achieve it. Why to this is I can blame my jaw (such a weird sentence, I know). There's a problem with my jaw which requires surgical interference and orthodontics. Just experiencing a minor breakdown. (I'll warn you next time I load a lot of personal stuff on the blog).

Here's yesterday's outfit where I went to Columbia Rd. flower market with my lovely friend and neighbour Ramon. I ended up buying a lavender for a 5'er which is now sitting happily on the roof terrace. 

I'll be heading back to Denmark for the summer holidays, which are only a few weeks away. I'm so excited to reunite with my family and friends, but it feels quite odd that I'm leaving London for a while, which really feels like home now. I must find someone who can water the lavender.

My dear beloved readers,

I hope you are enjoying the summer. I sure am but a weird kind of laziness has come over me and therefore I have not come around to making some look posts. I hope I'll get it done soon. There's a lot of work in lookposts and I don't want to post something midway, so we'll have to wait till I nail it.

I'm a little bit bumped after coming home at 3am this night after a party with my school, location at the Carlsberg industry. There was a lot of laughing and a lot of dancing but today I'm just going to have a nice relax; I'm meeting for a picnic with some of my friends and my boyfriend - can't wait :)

FOREVER21 X FRAMBOISE FASHION PART II

I wouldn't think to describe myself as being an overly feminine girl. Not that I'm not, it's just if I were to choose between an A-lined skirt or a pair of baggy boyfriend jeans, the last one would always be in my favour. Yet when I saw these floral printed pants when deciding what to style for my second look with Forever21, something just made me come back to them. I've never worn 70's styled pants, but I'm not too shy to give it a go, and boy are they fun to walk around in! For one, they make your legs look insanely long.. Tick!

A big thanks to my lovely housemate and friend, Laura, who is currently making this post possible. Writing this post from lovely Seasalter on the English South East coast. My personal hotspot on my phone yet again failed (bad memories from jumping around as an antenna trying to blog during Easter!), and she came to the rescue!
