Why isn't she blogging??

Well... Here's why: I'm currently in Berlin trying these pore strip thingies out and they are not working. I'll repeat that - NOT WORKING!! All I got from it was a bright red Rudolphish nose!! Thought I'd share my frustration with you since I am currently connected to the mighty world of cyberspace.

My mother and I have taken the journey from Copenhagen to Germany as I had to dance at the world championship in Riesa. We entered the large production competition and we got the 6th place!! It was more than we could ever have expected I think. So further on, my mother and I took a roadtrip up to Berlin and... Everything is closed! Weekday, American Apparel, the cool second hand shops and everything!! Anyway, I had my first trip to Starbucks!! Picture below shows the two cups of hot chocolate that saved us from freezing away.

Everything is being rebuilt in Copenhagen at the moment. One might think it a hassle at first, but I must admit, that I kind of like the bricks, the nails, the cranes and the orange suits. It was inevitable that it would have to end up on the blog. Not to forget a huge parking sign saying that there's more than enough space (come to Copenhagen, guys!), half of a 90's Peugot and a very blurry man.

Met up with beautiful Maja Francisca earlier this week, who I'm going to do some editorial work with. This was actually just meant as a test shoot, but I really like how the photos turned out. Maja is half Egyptian, half Danish and being strikingly beautiful, there was actually no way it could go wrong. She's also a gifted artist - check out her paintings here.

A couple of photos of my purchase from the Maison Martin Margiela x H&M collaboration, of course the mirror ball leggins. They remind me of a pair of pants I had as a child for dressing up, so naturally as soon as I saw these beauties, they had to go on my legs as when I was 7 years old dressed up as a magician. However, let it be said: do not choose these for your sunday suit; they're not that comfortable and they do not make your thighs look any smaller (notice that they're worn with a white shirt dress) ;)

 But that won't keep us going to the party, right?!

READY FOR THE RAIN

London is a city that, let's be really honest here, gets a whole lotta water. There's something else about London though. I feel like it's openly laughing at me, whenever I forget my umbrella when London decides to shower (that's a bit misleading, I always forget my umbrella to be precise!). So, with the arrival of the monsoonin' period in London (found a climate website, which is telling me, that I'm in fact greatly exaggerating and that it only rains 116 days a year, but it shall prove my point aand give me a better excuse to leave the new Hunter store on Regent's Street with a few bags. Framboise Fashion is now 100% waterproof!

I had good reason to jump into my raindrop-avoiding Matrix-like (20+ points, obvs) ensemble, when Hunter was celebrating their opening of their store and even put on a flash mob, right in the middle of Regent's Street! I love it when there's just so much energy in one place, and that people are having fun. The incredibly talented dancers came out of an 88 red London bus, and just gave us the best show. Filmed a little snippet of it with my PEN and posted it to instagram here, if you're curious! Honestly, so much fun.

If there's one classic staple item that's steadily been ruling the party scene throughout the past century of fashion, it's the little black dress. Coming in so many different shapes and silhouettes, possibilities are endless accommodating different body shapes and types, which makes it such an amazing classic!

I always get really excited when party season arrives, but if there's one thing that makes me run straight back home after stepping out the door, it's because I'm freezing. That viking gene sadly never seemed to pass down on me, hence why I am happily wearing this sleeved LBD from Wallis. Such a beaut, and although I'm not the most flashy of people, the sequins are just the amount of sparkle I like.
