Magical Rosie

Rosie Tupper for Australian Vogue - source: tfs

So, I finally got around to dust that inspiration-tag off! Framboise Fashion is not Framboise Fashion without the occasional dose of inspiration from the fashion world outside my playground in Copenhagen. This dose in particular comes from a place very close to my heart - Australia. Combine Australia and another favorite, Vogue, and we got ourselves an awesome cocktail from Down under (and beautiful Rosie Tupper definitely doesn't hurt)! The make-up, the hair, the clothes and not least the colours in this are simply perfect. My favorite ed in a long time.

Must. Go. To. Bed... Now!

- LFW - PEOPLE

Wowcha!
What a full-on exciting past week it's been. Inspiring creatives from the fashion industry have been gathering to celebrate fashion in London. It was so lovely seeing so many friends from all over the world on one spot, and I managed to do a few shots of some in between shows and presentations.

More after the jump.

If you'd like to see more of the street style shots I snapped during LFW, head over to StyleVibes!

THE CAPSULE

So, I've had a super fun collaboration with Forever21 for fashion week, dressed in their new Capsule Collection Inspired by the Runway, which they have made especially  as it's fashion month. Whilst still being the age of 21 for just a few more months, why not make it official and make it permanent from now on?

I went mad for the high-split skirt, which - no doubt - will come in use outside fashion week as well, but here I wanted to go for a classic and elegant look. Loving the lace!

With fashion week events, shows and meetings all happening at once, it's practically divine having some comfy sneakers at hand. Paired with a double breasted blazer and a mini skirt, I'm good to go!

Last look is an all round easy to wear outfit - I especially fell for those skinny menswear inspired trousers, and there's nothing like a bit of midriff.

Anyhow, had so much fun styling three looks from the collection, all ready to wear for fashion week, the only thing you need to bring to the table is your beautiful self and a big smile!

HOW TO: THE NATURAL MAKEUP LOOK

CONTOURING / BOBBI BROWN SANDSTONE SHIMMER BRICK
LIPS / BOBBI BROWN CREAMY MATTE LIP COLOR

With the excitement and hecticness of fashion week being over, I'm slowly pacing myself down again and focusing on a more natural look both in what I wear and in my make-up look. I've been so keen to try out the new Bobbi Brown Smokey Nudes collection as it just has those classic shades, that can give that perfect natural look.

In the palette there's a great balance between the natural and the more intense and shimmery shades, so I'll be doing a follow up post next week on how to get a smokey eye for going out with the palette! I normally use liquid eyeliner, but for a natural look I prefer using a kajal eyeliner, keeping it close to the eyelashes and smudging it out afterwards to keep it completely natural.

The shimmer brink is perfect for contouring and highlighting - this baby really does the job well! I applied all of it on the sides of my nose, underneath the cheekbones and chin and the lightest shade as a highlighter on top of the nose, on the cheekbones and underneath the edge of my eyebrows.
The lipstick is such a stunning natural pink, which looks amazing on the cheeks as well. Dabbed this on the lips with my fingers - all done!

- LFW OUTFIT - BRIGHT GREEN

VINTAGE SHIRT
VINTAGE BLAZER
GINA TRICOT PANTS
BILLI BI SHOES

So all you lovely ones, here's another outfit I wore to London Fashion Week. Weather has been cold and at many occasions wet, so there was a certain importance of wearing something practical, although I really felt like dressing up for the occasion.
Nevertheless, I felt that this bright (salad) green managed to do the job very well! I was so stunned by the color when I saw it, that I simply couldn't resist. Fashion Week in London has been such an exciting first and there will definitely - definitely be many to come. That being happily stated, my feet will be happy for a rest, and I'm back sleeping a full amount of hours every night. Will be good!

HAVE AN AMAZING DAY

Cecilie's wonderful blazer that I oh so love...

wearing: My friend Cecilie's blazer (and scarf in the 3rd photo), vagabond shoes, Zara trousers, Gina Tricot body-stocking
photos: Cecilie

Finally, finally I can post a look of the day post again! My lovely friend Cecilie helped me out with the photos (more to come!) and even let me borrow her blazer and scarf for the photos. She is truly the one to blame for the outcome of these photos, and I've hopefully convinced her into making her own photo blog/website so all of you can see what she does!

Hope you're doing great!

Lots of love,
Mikaela

One of my last hours on my very short trip to Barcelona was spent impulse shopping in Oysho. It was my first meeting with the shop, and I reckon that there will be many more! :) I definitely have to visit that wonderful city again.
Planning on answering the Q&A post as soon as I get to my day off. Looking forward to answering your questions! :)
