MAXCO COAT / ZARA SCARF (similar here and here) / VINTAGE BELT (similar here) / WOLFORD TIGHTS / POLLINI SHOES / LIBERTY LONDON TOTE BAG
As it will by now be known all over London, I love Columbia Road and have spent many beautiful, dry sunny Sundays at the Columbia Road Flower Market as here, but until now, I have managed to avoid it on those characteristic rainy London days. You see, my natural reaction to rain (although also infamously known for disturbing the peace splashing puddles) is to stay in with a movie and hot chocolate. I was water proof last time I checked, but you know, just in case. Last week however, despite the rain which was pouring down untiringly, I fearlessly jumped outside. And as assumed, I did hold tight, only my curls were a bit looser and my tights started to feel like a wetsuit. But it is ever so worth the visit, even in the rain, because what can cheer you up better on a rainy day than flowers? And when they just so happen to be in best Art Noveau style on your bag as well, like with this Liberty London Marlborough Tote, that's just a match made in heaven, am I right? As having fresh flowers on the table, I find the Iphis print on their totes completely hypnotising and despite the Greek name, it has me feeling slightly more English than before, with Liberty London being well sacred to English heritage. Throw in an afternoon tea from the lovely Cake Hole, and that's your rainy Sunday wrapped London-style!
HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND
