THE MAKING OF THE AUBAINE x FF LFW CAKE!

Okay, so I've got amazing news, guys - there is going to be cake.. Lots of it! In collaboration with most awesome Aubaine, I, together with three other amazing bloggers, have each created a dessert for their menu during London Fashion Week!

I had no idea that I would make my debut as a cake designer outside my own little kitchen, but with the amazing team at Aubaine it's just been so much fun and such an interesting and let's not forget absolutely delicious experience. The main character of my dessert of course had to be raspberries, and for this reason, we created an amazing raspberry cheesecake with the most delicious biscuit bottom layer. I have altered it slightly from the photos you see above - it will be more simple in its aesthetics with only three layers (I am after all Scandi, minimalism runs in my veins, whether I like it or not), but I can assure you of one thing; it's going to taste absolutely amazing!

Best thing about it is, that all of the four desserts will be available in the Aubaine restaurant at Dover Street during fashion week, so from the 12th-16th this month - yuuuum!
