FRAMBOISE PASSION



IT'S TIME FOR SOME RASPBERRY CAKE!

DOUGH:
100g MARGARINE
150g FLOUR
1/2 EGG
2tbsp SUGAR

and on top goes of course:
+ 300g RASPBERRIES
and extra SUGAR

Mix the margarine in the flour with a knife (sounds weird, but it's lots of fun). Add sugar and egg and lightly mix the dough with your hands. Let the dough rest for half an hour and put the  dough into a buttered tart form and poke the dough with a fork. Bake it for 10 minutes at 200c until it's lightly baked. Take the cake out and add raspberries and sprinkle some sugar on top and bake it for another 10 minutes.

10 minutes later: munch, munch, munch.

Oh. And don't forget whipped cream.
