// MENSWEAR FASHION WEEK //J.W. ANDERSON X NIKON PARTY

This Monday, I was invited by Nikon and J.W. Anderson to celebrate their collaboration in making a luxurious camera bag for the Nikon 1 camera's.

The bag was launched amongst bubbles and loud music after J.W. Anderson's SS14 menswear show.

This is the first time, that Nikon collaborate with a fashion house and honestly I'm so excited that it was JWA. His way of using colours and prints but still maintaining a minimalistic feel, just sums up good fashion in my eyes. 

Fantastic decoration at the party, with show pictures, illustrations and photographs. Photographs are a big part of JWA's work, particularly in the research phase, and therefore he found the collaboration with Nikon exciting.

The bag has it's inspiration from the classical 1940's, but given a modern twist by also using block colours. It's also available in white, orange and blue (which I am of course crushing on). The bag is available for a limited time right here, so check it out, if you're looking for some stylish camera accessories!

I had so much fun at the party, which basically was my first launch in to the London fashion scene. I am so excited for the womenswear fashion week in September, and I'm quite keen on using the Nikon 1 camera, which I had the pleasure of using for Monday's party.

Just bought this top in Urban Outfitter's from SPARKLE & FADE. Ooh, and the photos above are why I avoid taking my own photos. It's difficult to get everything in. That said, you're not missing out on a lot. The top is quite cropped. ;)

It's no secret to you guys, that I'm a huge fan of white sneakers. So much so, that my classic Reeboks, that I've shown you an embarrassing amount of time here on the blog, are currently up to the third generation. Foot Locker and The Apartment (talk about a fun crew to hang with!) so generously took me for a Soho fro-yo and a spin in these awesome Nike Air Force 1   as a part of Foot Locker releasing "The White Collection". I needed to try a new style with my almost religious dedication to white sneakers, and how cool are these? I find them being perfect companions for summer, sun and tanned legs and I've already been wearing them heaps. May they stay box white! Fiber cloth in one pocket and soap in another.

Video is not my forte, but I hope you'll enjoy a bit of Soho fun. As a quick note, half a minute in where it looks as if I'm having a go at some innocent by passer, it's just me explaining something to my girl Abi who was just behind me. I watched this over and over, and couldn't remember having a go at someone! Also, a little fun note to my funky moves at the end of the video: Hare Krishna was passing us at some point while we were filming, dancing and singing, so I decided to join in when one of the munks was looking our way. Such a fun day!

So, the weather hasn't quite discovered the fact that we're in the middle of June. I'm not going to cry too big tears, 'cause I'll be going to Barcelona for a family trip. In August first, but still! Really looking forward to it.

Struck by Silver

Got myself these silver H&M divided jeans yesterday - I have a soft spot for silver and of course these jeans were to join the family (all of my clothes, that is).

Uha, uha, helt af sig selv kom disse fine divided H&M bukser med mig hjem, og nøj hvor er jeg da glad for dem! De koster kun 349,- og er derfor lige til at overkomme, nu hvor jeg kører på min sidste S.U.

Maked Up

Rouge and dual concealer from Nilens Jord, Rosebud lip balm, Lash DNA mascara from Smashbox, Wet'n'wild liquid eyeliner, lickable lipstick from MAC, Nubar, Dennis Knudsen and Gosh nailpolishes

Many of you have asked to which make-up products I use, so I gathered my favorite ones in this post :) I by cruelty free makeup and I always check out the "ingredients" for hormone disturbing chemicals. Smashbox and Nilens Jord are really good at this! The perfume is a gift, and the golden drops are only used for the special occasions.

Der er længe blevet spurgt til hvilke produkter, jeg benytter mig af, så her er en lille samling af mine yndlings. Til Louise, som har spurgt, bruger jeg i øjeblikket ikke foundation, da min hud ellers bliver ret uren om sommeren. Næste gang jeg skal købe foundation, overvejer jeg stærkt at købe en fra Smashbox. Kan rigtig godt lide deres rouge og mascara, så kan næsten kun tænke mig til hvordan deres foundation er. Videre til Louise, så tegner jeg næsten altid mine øjenbryn op, da de ellers er ret så lyse.

Breaking! I thought of posting a tutorial on how to make a fashion turban out of a scarf? I just discovered today how to do it (all on my own, hoho), so why not share it so you don't have to invest in one of those expensive ones. Only if you are interested of course..

Just had my first REAL day in the summer vacation, since I finished my last exam yesterday (I got the highest score - yiipee!)..

New earrings

wearing H&M earrings, Vila blazer, vintage tee

I've bought these H&M earrings in the search for nice festival accessories. It's mint green ribbons hanging down from a golden jewelry chain. I think it will be A-W-E-S-O-M-E.

I have heard the wishes for me making a tutorial on how to edit my photos. It will require some time, which I unfortunately (because of exams and the following parties next week) don't have. It will come lovies! It does however require Photoshop and a little patience, but when you've first learnt it - it will be amazing for sure.

Har købt disse fine H&M øreringe i søgen på lækre festival-accessories. Det blev til disse og et fint armbånd, I inden længe får at se. Håber at se jer til Roskilde!

Summer inspiration

Here's a little summer inspiration. On Monday I'll graduate and my last exam is - - - - ENGLISH! There you go. I simply can't wait. I'll get myself a fancy traditional graduation hat (Danish style) and in the evening my family will be celebrating me at my favorite restaurant. In one and a half week I'll be setting the course towards the Roskilde festival, where I'll be covering the fashionable side of it. Just wait! I'm sent out for Modebevægelsen.dk which is a connection of danish fashion blogs, both written in Danish and in English depending on the type.
