Sorry for my lack of attendance on the blog, darlings - I've been working every day since Friday, and since I work night shifts, I'm usually knocked out in the middle of the day. However, now my "weekend" starts and I'm ready to do what I love the most - taking photos and blogging. This usually includes spending time with wonderful and creative people, so I cannot complain!

Today I visited a lot of PR bureaus here in Copenhagen together with my lovely friend Simone. Further more I did some street style shots for my newly started street style blog StyleVibes, which I'll make sure to update tonight.

Tomorrow is another day of cheek kissing in Copenhagen. Gotta love it.

BLUE SUNNIES

H&M TREND BLAZER / ASOS SUNNIES / DANIEL WELLINGTON WATCH

Does anyone ever look in to the window or mirror of a parked vehicle just to do that quiiick little touch-up, only to notice, that there's a man with a big moustache watching the whole thing? No, me neither..

Back in London again here, and I'm finding my self ridiculously lazy. And with my laziness comes online shopping, and when I saw these cat-eye sunnies, I got a bit eager and actually got two pairs - one pair with the mirrored blue glass and another pair with black glass, which I featured in my last outfit post right here. I bought both with the excuse, that I would choose one pair and send the other one back, which frankly, was the real crime. I knew as soon as I had both, I would not (emotionally) be able to return one of them. The black glass is a classic, and the blue ones, I mean, who says no to that kind of swoon-factor?

BROADWAY MARKET

Dearest All

If your road ever passes through London, give yourself a treat and steer past Broadway Market in Hackney. 

There's a big vintage stall with lots of clothes in colours and prints (ticks all the right boxes in my book!). Both for le guys and le girls.

Flowers galore! Sunflowers were my favorite flower as a kid. It was very hard to resist.

So much yummy food!! Keep those samples coming (life on a budget at it's best)!

There was also the most fantastic book stall featuring so many lovely photographic books. There's so much inspiration to find here! 

My wonderful brother is coming to visit me in a couple of weeks, and I'm definitely taking him here!

I was actually visiting the area to see this book store ARTWORDS BOOK SHOP (right on the main road) which is really (REALLY!) worth a visit! Full of creative and artistic books + heaps of contemporary and independent fashion+art magazines. I think we're going to be very good friends.

I really hope you get to go to this market, it's such a lovely space. Most stalls are open from 9am till 5pm and all the magic happens on Saturdays. More info on their website here.

What is it that's so good about prints? They can brighten up even the palest winter dull face (ahem, take it from someone who truly knows) and they have a tendency to always make you smile. So, why not? Floral, stripes, dots, whatever - it doesn't matter - just have fun with it :) I think Susie Bubble from stylebubble has so great ways of mixing and matching. Here's a little inspiration :)

Print og mønstre kommer i allemulige farver og former, men de får altid selv den blegeste vintermus som jeg til at få lidt farve i kinderne! Her er lidt inspiration til trenden ;)

Hiya darlings!

Next week my friend Stine and I will be pairing up for one very awesome vlog. This is completely new for me, so I'm happy to do this with Stine. Also, I just think there's going to be more of a natural vibe, when we are two friends asking your questions. So basically: Is there anything, you are wondering about regarding me and the blog and perhaps also Stine and her blog? It could be anything from our fashionable doings to our toes (please don't ask about our toes).

Næste uge slår Stine og jeg os sammen og laver en super vlog. Så for at gøre en kort historie kortere: Er der noget, I undrer jer om mht. mig, bloggen eller Stine? Bare spørg løs - (næsten) alt godtages! :) Det er første gang jeg rent faktisk kommer til at gennemføre en vlog (har prøvet én gang før, let's not speak of this) og det gør det bare dén smule bedre, at Stine er med. Vi har en ret unik kemi sammen, så er sikker på, at det nok skal blive godt! ;)

Summer, sommer

Heat is coming up to Denmark, which have caused me spending the last couple of days outside. Also, I only have three weeks left at school till I graduate! It really makes this time very exciting. I got my "prom" dress in yesterday. It's amazing, and I can't wait to show you ;)

Hvor er det bare skønt, at vejret er så godt! De sidste dage har jeg brugt udenfor (jeg har brug for lidt farve, som I kan se). Fik min gallakjole hjem i går - den ser fantastisk og utraditionel ud på den gode måde. Glæder mig til at vise jer den.

FLORAL FEELINGS

Brits and Danes are very similar in the way, that both cultures love talking about the weather. It's such an easy transition traveling between the two countries in that aspect, because you on the flight there can talk about the weather and on the return you vividly explain your sightings during your stay. I'm already preparing my key words for Wednesday's return flight, and to my surprise Denmark did not meet me with nearly as much coldness as I thought. It's been some absolutely stunning days, and although I mostly had to come running back to my winter coat, there were those precious moments where I could actually sit in a T-shirt outside in the sun.

However, I'm slightly doubting how clever my decision to throw off those extensive layers in pure eagerness of spring acting like summer, as I am now lying at my parents' house with a throat infection. The second time this year!

Definitely not happy about it, but if there is any upside of me feeling like a dead fish during my holidays, it's the fact that I'm in the best possible hands. No running to Sainsbury's on my own with a fever to get the necessities or trotting to the GP, Mum and Dad's got me covered.

COLUMBIA ROAD

It's so exciting being in a new city. There are so many areas to discover and unveil, and I'm sure taking this opportunity to play tourist in this exciting city. Today I headed with gorgeous Emma to the Broadway market and afterwards to Colombia Rd. where we quickly snapped these shots. We managed to do three café + lunch stops on our trip - there's simply so many delicious things! A photo diary from today, will appear on the blog soon :)

So as for today's outfit; it's purple and crimson, as you can see. It's funny; as a little girl, you would never have seen me in this colour until some years ago. I really didn't like any shades of purple. Now I use it all the time. Shirts, pants, lips, cakes - there's no going back!

I know I barely ever write about beauty, but here it goes. I have been looking for a new blush for a while now, so I was so happy when I received this YOUNGBLOOD Pressed Mineral Blush in Blossom. When buying new make-up, it is always a big priority of mine to check out whether the product contains parabens and whether it is cruelty free. Happily, this one checks both boxes. It just makes it that much better.

Har lige fået fingrene i denne fine blush fra Youngblood i farven Blossom. Hvad angår make-up, prioriterer jeg altid ingredienser (om de er fri for parabener og andre hormonforstyrrende stoffer) samt om det er dyretestet. Glædeligt er min nye blush helt hellig, bl.a. fordi jeg har fået den fra Rawmakeup.dk, som udelukkende sælger grønne og sunde make-up produkter. Ønskede at lave dette indlæg, da det er den slags make-up, jeg altid kigger efter, når make-up'en skal opdateres. I kan godt forvente, at se denne farve på mine kinder det næste stykke tid ;)

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!

I'm feeling the Easter spirit here in Denmark with the weather being just lovely and I'll be enjoying the day with my family *note, again this year I won't be searching for Easter eggs in the garden as a pig after truffles.. Oh, those were the days! I'll be stocking up on family love and care until I leave back for London on Wednesday. I really wish I could roll up a couple of biking paths in Copenhagen to use in London - I had my first trip on a bike in 9 months the other day, but it's so different here in Copenhagen, I feel safe! That said, it doesn't help me much if it's London I want to be riding around in. Enough about biking facilities, I really just wanted to wish you a lovely Easter Sunday!
